Order Cancellation

  • We only allow cancellations if the product has not yet entered production.
  • Orders should be canceled or replaced within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • If the order has already been manufactured, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel your order.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at [email protected] with your order details.

Refund & Exchange

  • We only accept exchange requests if you receive a damaged, broken, defective, or unusable product.
  • Proof of the product’s condition must be provided in the form of images or videos within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  • Once approved, the product will be replaced for free, and the replacement will be shipped within 48 hours.
  • If the product is unavailable or shipped incorrectly, a refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the returned shipment.
  • The refunded amount will reflect in your payment method within 3-5 business days.

Exchange & Replacement Policy We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or broken during transit, we will gladly replace it free of charge.

Eligibility for Exchange

  1. Damaged/Defective Products:
    • If your product arrives in a damaged or unusable condition, contact us at [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery.
    • An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
  2. Original Packaging:
    • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all contents, in perfect resellable condition.
  3. Verification Process:
    • In some cases, you may be required to submit a screenshot of your phone model name for processing the exchange.
    • If the product is not available for replacement due to stock unavailability, we will issue a refund.

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Incorrect size, design, or model selected by the customer at checkout.
  • Items not in original condition, with missing parts, or damaged due to customer error.
  • Replacement requests made after 24 hours of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order details and issue description.

  3. Use a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Replacement Policy

  1. If the wrong product is delivered, a replacement request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Replacements are shipped within 48 hours of approval.
  3. If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
  4. Once a replacement is issued, it cannot be returned or replaced again.

Additional Notes

  • For claims regarding missing packages, Proof of Delivery (POD) is required.
  • If the product fails quality assurance checks, we reserve the right to decline the exchange or replacement.
